23-seater Toyota Coaster booking policy

45-seater luxury coach booking policy

Hourly charter, also called disposal service, keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you between stops, so there is no waiting for a ride and no re-booking between appointments.

Ideal for back-to-back business meetings, sightseeing and city tours, event days and weddings. MPVs and vans are chartered for a minimum of 3 hours; coaches for a minimum of 4 hours.

What does hourly charter or disposal mean?

The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the hours you book, taking you wherever you need to go within that time.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. The Toyota Alphard / Vellfire, Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Toyota Hiace have a minimum of 3 hours. The 23-seater Coaster and 45-seater coach have a minimum of 4 hours.

Are there any additional charges?

A midnight surcharge applies to trips between 12 midnight and 0559 hours ($12 for the MPVs and V-Class, $10 for the Hiace), and extra stops start from $20 depending on location. Credit card payment carries a 10.9% admin charge.

What is the difference between driveway pick-up and meet and greet?

With driveway pick-up your chauffeur collects you at the arrival driveway. With meet and greet your chauffeur meets you personally on arrival and helps with your luggage.

Do you monitor my flight?

Yes. Flight monitoring is part of our airport service, so your pick-up time follows your actual arrival.

What if my trip is after midnight?

A midnight surcharge applies between 12 midnight and 0559 hours: $12 for the MPVs and V-Class, $10 for the Hiace, and $50 for coaches between 2300 and 0700 hours.

We provide only cross-border licensed vehicles for transfers between Singapore and Johor Bahru, driven by experienced drivers with approved cross-border vehicles.

The arrangement keeps every journey fully compliant with Singapore and Malaysia cross-border transport regulations, while still letting passengers travel beyond Johor Bahru conveniently.

Important notice

How cross-border pick-ups work

Under the regulations of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore, cross-border vehicles may drop off passengers within the approved Johor Bahru operating area, but may only pick up passengers from four approved locations.

For the same reason, our cross-border drivers are not permitted to provide hourly charter or disposal services after completing a transfer.
Getting around in Johor Bahru

Hourly charter in a Malaysia-registered vehicle

Guests needing transport within Johor Bahru after arrival may engage a Malaysia-registered vehicle for hourly charter.

After the charter, passengers may return to Singapore by boarding a cross-border vehicle from one of the four approved pick-up locations.

Destinations beyond Johor Bahru

Transfers beyond the Johor Bahru operating boundary can still be arranged. Our Singapore-registered cross-border vehicle first takes you from Singapore to Johor Bahru at the rates above; you then transfer to a Malaysia-registered vehicle for the rest of the journey. Charges for the Malaysia-registered vehicle are quoted case by case, depending on the destination and service requirements.

Important immigration notice

If a passenger picked up in Singapore is subsequently denied entry into Johor Bahru by the immigration authorities for any reason (including, but not limited to, visa issues, invalid or insufficient travel documents, or suspected unlawful activities), the following charges apply:

  • The full one-way transfer fare remains payable, as the transfer service has already been provided.
  • If the passenger requires transportation back to the original pick-up point or hotel in Singapore, an additional transfer charge applies.

Please make sure every passenger meets the immigration and entry requirements of both Singapore and Malaysia before booking the transfer.

Can you pick me up anywhere in Johor Bahru?

Cross-border vehicles may drop off anywhere within the approved Johor Bahru operating area, but can only pick up from Larkin Sentral, Toppen Shopping Centre, Mid Valley Southkey or Angsana Johor Bahru Mall.

Can the cross-border driver wait and drive me around JB?

No. Cross-border drivers are not permitted to provide hourly charter after a transfer. A Malaysia-registered vehicle can be engaged for hourly charter from $280 for 6 hours.

Do you use the Toyota Hiace for cross-border trips?

No. 13-seater high-roof combi vans do not currently hold the licences required to operate between Singapore and Malaysia.

Booking policy

Before you reserve a coach

24-hour advance booking

A minimum 24-hour advance booking is required for all 23-seater Toyota Coaster and 45-seater luxury coach reservations.

Cancellation

Once a booking has been confirmed, any cancellation incurs a 50% cancellation fee based on the original fare. This fee is paid as compensation to the assigned driver.

How far ahead should I book a coach?

At least 24 hours in advance. For events and school trips we recommend booking as early as possible.

Is waiting time charged?

The first 30 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. If waiting exceeds 30 minutes, the trip is charged at double the original fare.

Is there a late-night surcharge?

Yes. A $50 midnight surcharge applies between 2300 hours and 0700 hours.
